We cater for a diverse range of families, including gay and lesbian couples, single women, single men, and married and unmarried couples. A far cry from what you might expect from traditional lawyers, we are approachable, open-minded and sensitive, and our years of practical experience working in the sector give us a unique and impartial perspective. As part of (and also independently from) our legal services, we help people navigate the system and explore all their options through our family building service. We also prepare specialist Wills for fertility patients and parents.
We also provide fertility law services to professionals working in the field of assisted reproduction, including the Government, Parliament and the HFEA, fertility clinics, national charities, professional associations and foreign lawyers. We offer expert legal advice and training and consultancy services. We are highly regarded and experienced public speakers, and deliver high quality presentations at national and international conferences and events.
We are passionate about fertility law and engage in significant public service work, including providing free information and advice online through our vast website and other online activity, and campaigning relentlessly, both publicly and behind the scenes, for improvements to the law and policy which will benefit fertility patients and families created and structured in alternative ways.
